FarmWorks Property is a new real estate agency specializing in all facets of rural properties; ranging from pastoral leases in the north through to broadacre farms across the Wheatbelt and rural lifestyle properties around the Perth metropolitan area and in the south-west of the state.

As a basis for their new company, founding directors Darren Tapscott and Kevin Manuel already had a large, loyal client base across WA, a testimony to their professionalism and successful service provided to their clients over a number of years. FarmWorks Property will employ only those agents with standards and objectives similar to the Directors of the company, with the aim being to provide the rural and regional areas of the state with an independent, professional real estate service.

Each member of the FarmWorks Property team has the experience, integrity and enthusiasm to ensure that the company’s maxim of its sales representatives being true rural property professionals can be met.

FarmWorks Property is a joint venture between Darren, Kevin and FarmWorks Australia. FarmWorks Australia is a national supplier of agricultural inputs and services to the rural sector. With offices in Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane the company supports an extensive network of branches and independent retail outlets, offering a wide range of agri products.

With an already extensive and growing national network, and with a direct customer base of over 2,500 growers through its branches and indirect access to a further 3,000 growers through its agency network, the FarmWorks brand is now well established and provides an comprehensive and dynamic network through which FarmWorks Property will operate.

With the centrally located office in East Perth, dedicated office and ground support, experienced, professional sales consultants and with the backing of the FarmWorks Australia national network, FarmWorks Property is certain to further enhance its growing reputation of being WA’s true rural property professionals.
