Wongan Hills born and bred John Spencer is a former third generation farmer who has been involved in both rural real estate and cattle consultancy for the past 11 years.
Joining FarmWorks Property recently as a rural sales professional is a natural extension of a long involvement that John has had with a wide variety of rural activities.
Of particular value to prospective clients is his extensive knowledge of the livestock industry and John would be only too happy to assist new owners in how to best set up a property as a livestock enterprise or to market one currently operating.
“My background for a long time was running stud cattle and I have judged all over Australia and also internationally,” John said.
“I also have experience in grain growing and sheep and can offer assistance to purchasers in how to best utilize their new property.”
Extrovert John said the customer service element was one of the most enjoyable aspects of selling real estate.
“I enjoy working with and helping people and seeing them attain their goals,” he said.
“We are finding a lot of new purchasers are from the city and have little or no knowledge of farming and I enjoy assisting them in finding a suitable property and helping them to settle in,” he said.
With FarmWorks Property, John’s areas of service will be primarily from Perth north to Gingin, Mogumber, Moora and Dandaragan and include a wide variety of rural enterprises including stock, cropping farms, horticulture, orchards and vegetable growing. |
